Yakima Control Towers (set of 4) with locks, one lock key, photocopy of instructions, and allen wrench. Good Used Condition with minor paint wear, scratches/chips, and blemishes as shown in the photos. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. You will receive exactly what is show in the attached pictures. Buyer is responsible for correct fitment. A little dirty, but these all function fine. Please make sure this is what you need as I do not issue refunds or returns. Does not come with endcaps.
