Your Looking At A Vintage Mechanical Quarter One Arm Waco Casino King Toy Slot Machine Made In Japan, It's a Heavy metal Boxed Housing That Stands 16" Tall & Has a Battery operated Flashing Lights On Top, Note The Last Photo That Pictures One of The Battery Terminals On Top Missing Or Broken Off, This Flashing Light Section Of The Machine Can Either Be Used Or You Can Slide It Down Into The Body Housing! Could Likely Use Some Cleaning Up/Oiled Inside As Sometimes Machanical Parts Inside Will Stick & Just Keep Revolving When You Hit Across Center, Bell Sounds & Lights At Top Flash But As mentioned The Flashing Lights Needs repair But Bell Will Still Sound If You Get A Winner! I Did Test It with A Quarter & Does Work That Way But As I Did Mention It Will Stick At Times, So Needing Cleaned & oiled Is Important To Remember!
