In excellent pre-owned condition: absolutely No  stains, pulls, rips, loose threads, weird smells, etc. I have had these for 20+ years, and only ever wore them twice that I remember. They are much older, authentic 70s, but truly in perfect condition. Pictures tell the story. I think the tag actually says 35" waist, but I measure 34" at the very top of the pants, 31.5 inseam.
