. This item is used, but it is clean and fully functional. This spinner head will not fit the US Made 11's or the very first China Manufactured model 11's. This spinner head is a bit of an upgrade from the ones on the basic Model 11 Authentic, it has 2 pickup pins. These were normally found on the reels with the higher ball bearing count.
