Antique German Large 11" Tall Biedermeier SIDEBOARD Doll or Dollhouse Miniature
For sale is this RARE antique miniature.
This was purchased at an exceptional antique doll and dollhouse auction.
This is a a very large scale, probably designed for a Bebe doll rather than a dollhouse.  This measures 11" tall  x 7.5" wide x 5" deep. It is a fabulous rare piece!  This vanity or sideboard has a real marble top, and is decorated with gilt stencils to simulate boulle inlay, with a coat of arms on the doors and backsplash, as well as a crown on the mirror surround.
This is in very good condition with some condition issues- one door is loose, there are some small chips on the right side of the marble as well as old glue residue.  It also appears there may have been a shelf in the back which is now missing.  An amazing 19th Century piece of doll furniture!
