    Extremely rare , Broadway 29 ( The Broadway Dept. Store) 100% nylon Zipper "parachute" ( meaning parachute material, not the wide loose fit wild pants) These were popular in the disco, New wave and Punk era's maybe even Michael Jackson wore a pair? They are meant to be very tight ( these are a 33 waist, but you need some wiggle room so would recommend for waists 31-32). 6 zipper pockets + both legs have a zipper as well. These are used, I think the owner did serious dancing ( or maybe a motorcycle) so  there is Wear along crotch (photo #7), left inseam (photo #8) and right inseam- right is bad enough that the top layer is ripped-see photos 10,11 ( it is not a complete hole, maybe could patch, sew or leave as is), This guy was really dancing hard!
