This is the 1969 PENN 209M box. This is an empty box, no reel, that includes the original manual, reel multi-tool and  2 rod clamps, one of which is still in the sealed baggie. box exterior shows moderate amount of stains and minor overall shelfwear. box inside and manual are in much better shape.
