1938 Germany Third Reich (with swastika) - Karl Goetz Large Silver Medal - Transfer of the Imperial Crown of the Holy Roman Empire to Nurnberg.  NGC Mint State MS 63 - Kienast 547.  Housed in an NGC oversized holder.  This 60mm table medal is far more rare than the 36mm version.
