Estate Pulled 1877-82 Somoa 1p, 6p, 5sh Stamps | Sc #1,2,4a,8a,13g Mi #1I,3II,7III | MH OG. These stamps are awesome!! They’ve been under one person’s control for decades and it’s time to let someone else enjoy them.
These 1p, both 2p stamps, and 5sh stamps are in great shape and have no rips, tears, or folds in either of them. The 6p stamp is also in great shape with the upper right-hand corner removed. It is unknown if it was torn off when removing from the sheet of other stamps, or, if it was cut off; either way, it’s pictured and therefore is known to be a part of the decision in purchase.
The 1 penny is of Blue color, which makes it the #1 stamp without any designators. The CV is .50.
The 2 pence (Sc #2) is hinged on back but the gum is still shiny. This is a CV of .
The 6 pence has a small dot near the “M”, with irregular pearls underneath, and the line directly above the “X” in EXPRESS is broken and has the rough touch up. The CV is .
The 5 shilling stamp is awesome. It’s yellow green in color, which makes it the Sc #8? as a Type IV reprint, which has an unknown CV. The line directly above the “X” in EXPRESS is broken and is the rough touch up type. The serif on the “M” bends down to meet the dot, but there is a spec of green directly below the middle of the “M”.
The 2p (Sc #13g) is complete and has had the hinge removed very well. The gum is still shiny. This has a CV of .
Without the 5 shilling stamp, these have a CV of 3.50, so you’re essentially getting the 5sh and the 13g 2p for free here.
Postage is set to {{detail_product_description}}.58 without a tracking number. If you so choose, postage will become .45 for a tracking number. If you purchase multiple items, shipping will be combined and the remainder will be given back via eBay.
